Salted Caramel - Milk Chocolate shell, buttery salted caramel filling. Our signature salted caramel.
Carrickmacross Honey - Milk Chocolate shell, using local Carrickmacross honey to make a delicate and floral ganache.
Blonde Chocolate & Green Cardamom - Milk Chocolate shell, filled with a blonde chocolate ganache lightly infused with green cardamom.
Banana & Miso - Dark Chocolate shell, a play on salty and sweet. Banana caramel with a miso ganache, that balances beautifully with the banana and sweet.
Yuzu Marmalade - Dark Chocolate shell, filled with a yuzu marmalade ganache, with tiny little pieces of yuzu zest.
